The CEC differs from the Tariff Restoration Bloc inasmuch as we support democracy whilst the CEC does not and, instead, aspires to a leadership model, with Lyndon LaRouche as world leader.
As Lord Acton observed, thiis is the proven formula for tyranny.
Only two sources of economists in the world appear to have told the full story about the global financial crash and the inevitable economic meltdown it triggered (See GlobalResearch.com Michel Chossudovsky and Lyndon LaRouche's BusinessExecutiveReview.com). Others have glossed over critical issues that caused the crash: phony national reserve banks, futures trading, derivatives, credit default swaps, short selling, NYMEX and the IPE, hedge funds; and also the UN's central role in the collapse through its private banker shopfronts the WB, the IMF and BIS, along with the free trade propaganda machine, the World Trade Organisation. The central philosophy behind this has been the formula: Debt = Credit = Wealth; a mathematical nonsense.
A second premise is also false; that the economy serves the finance system. In fact, as Mahathir points out, one can have a healthy economy without a finance system... bartar.
At a national level of the economic crisis, which has nothing to do with the financial meltdown, there are other hidden features:
Unemployment has universally been grossly underestimated; in Australia it was claimed to be under 4% when the real figure was 19%. The mathematical significance of this is that unemployed workers are simultaneously impoverished consumers, who cannot buy. This means that the domestic economy is reduced proportionately. 54% of Aussies have incomes below $15,000 and cannot purchase other then subsistence goods. 68% have incomes below $29,000 and can only buy non-luxury goods and services. If they pay a mortgage they are doomed to become defaulters, and possibly homeless.
Obviously, traders of non-essential products increasingly face bankruptcy as unemployment rises... now at 23%.
Fuel is the other great impost. Both America's Lyndon LaRouche and Ryan Research analysed the correct Australian retail price of petrol. LaRouche produced a figure of 25 cents per litre while we calculated 12 cents per litre. Our lower figure reflected Venezuelan production costs of light sweet crude, which is identical to Australia's oil. The price in Venezuela, by the way, was 6 cents per litre before the 'oil price crisis'. Now it is 4.2 cents per litre. LaRouche used higher US production costs.
Outraged? You should be. The Australian Government created this monstrous situation and maintains it purely because the oil companies and banks who create phony fuel prices pay for our politician's election campaigns.
As we speak, Rudd is promoting the DOHA free trade insanity that caused the meltdown in the first place; and he is signing a free trade deal with China that will make Australia its colony. Moreover, he is not telling us that China's orders for Australian minerals began to slow in August 2007 in response to the impoverishment of American consumers; formerly the biggest trading partner. Rudd is possibly also having secret discussions with the IMF to negotiate national debt forgiveness in return for free access to Australian resources. In other words, the final sellout of Australia and Australians.
What can you do? It's easy. Join the Tariff Restoration Bloc (TRB). If you are traditional labor voters, gather all your ALP friends and launch a branch resolution to the ALP National Conference calling for tariff restoration and abandonment of free trade. If you are a Liberal, tell the leadership to abandon free trade and ETS, and adhere to the private enterprise philosophy they have for so long given mere lip service to.
You will try these things because you feel you must; but at the end of the day the party leaders will betray you. Then you will finally recant and join the TRB.
Hey! Isn't this tantamount to taking over Government? Of course it is, and it is legal, peaceful and democratic. And it will be easy. The ALP branches are moribund and were abandoned in disgust by real workers three decades ago. The Liberals have been killing off small business for three decades. It's time for the workers, farmers and manufacturers to take their nation back.
Then watch this space for other strategies as these are launched. Yes, we have many.
Now, let's hear what you have to say.
Well, fair readers, we had to divert to intense research and liaison with allied organisations in Australia and in other countries, before returning to update this site. But I am happy to announce that our organisational alliances in Australia, with us serving as the unifying umbrella group, now make us the largest political entity in Australia.
it was fun saying that, but the cold reality is that the major political parties now have precious few members. A local ALP branch, once with membership in the hundreds, now has 6-10 members. This is the pattern of disillusionment across Australia. So our superior membership is somewhat illusionary. Nevertheless, our surveys show our objectives are supported on average by 86% of the national electorate.
Moreover, the e-booklet on globalisation of Australia (now published on this site)has been acclaimed by some of the best geopolitical analysts on the Internet. Read and judge for yourself.
And several of our parallel organisational strategies have been launched, but more on this in a few weeks.
Kindest regards
Tony Ryan
